CreditsGull is operated by Optimizm Solutions. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us about privacy-related requests.

What we collect

Newsletter emails you submit through the homepage signup form.
Messages you send through the legal/contact form.
Basic technical metadata used to limit spam and abusive form traffic.
Usage analytics collected through PostHog.

How we use it

Newsletter emails are used to send CreditsGull updates about perks and perk changes.
Contact form messages are used to answer legal, privacy, or website-related requests.
Anti-abuse data is used to protect the forms and service from automated misuse.
Analytics is used to understand site usage and improve the product.

Where data is processed

Newsletter signups are stored in Neon-hosted PostgreSQL. Contact requests are processed via Resend. Bot checks are verified with Cloudflare Turnstile. Site analytics are processed using PostHog.

Retention

Newsletter signups are retained until removed from the mailing list. Contact requests and anti-abuse records are retained for operational and security purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
